Looking for a good, preferably modular, PSU for my build:
Corsair Carbide 400r
Asrock z77 Extreme4
i7-3770k
CM hyper 212
Corsair Vengence 8Gb ram
GTX660 directcu ii
Samsung 840 pro ssd
Seagate Barracuda 3Tb
Asus optical drive

May do mild overclocking in the future and less likely but possibly SLI. Want a quality PSU like Seasonic but not really familiar with the models. Saw some highly recommended XFXs but I don't think the ones I saw were modular and I'm trying to keep things neat. Looking sub $100, preferably around $60.

Sorry about that link for the Antec PSU. I fixed it.

Modular PSUs are a bit more expensive but as you go up in wattages, most PSUs will be at least semi-modular. There are a bunch of options like the Antec one is semi-modular and is probably the best price/performance PSU in that wattage range. There are some fully modular ones but not worth the extra cost.

Or if you want, you can upgrade to a EVGA Supernova G2 750W, which is fully modular and is 750W, which can help if you want to upgrade that GPU and then SLI / CrossFireX from there. 750W is way overkill for GTX 660 SLI. Even a quality 550W is good enough for GTX 660 SLI. With a 750W PSU, you can almost do 4x GTX 660 in SLI, but I don't recommend doing that.

It means that it come attached with the necessary cables like the one for motherboard and CPU and are not detachable. The idea is that you will need those wires anyway. The other cables like PCIe, SATA are detachable (or modular).
