You should go with GTX 970, Its a beast.
Should choose from Msi gtx 970 or asus gtx 970, because their cooling is much better than other manufacturers.
It will cost you between Rs. 28- 30 k.
No better graphic card in this price range.

asus, asrock and gigabyte are all excelent motherboards..

asus and asrock are sibling companies .. asrock is under the control of asus as a sister company..

i personaly buy and usualy suggest others to buy asrock or asus .. they are good manufacturers

Asus Z97k is a better choice.,in near future if you want to upgrade your processor to broadwell chipset, then it will give you a option for that + 4690k is a overclocking processor , THE Z97k will handle overclocking to a great extent, so go for it.

yes absolutely, it is compatible,With z97k you can crossfire two to four amd card & if you are heading for Nvidia cards then it can even SLI(two to four) cards.
Asus z97k will work great with your system, you can't get any good overclocking mobo under this budget.

& you can't get any 3d monitor under INR 10000,you can check for AOC LED D2367 PH 3D Monitor, it's a passive 3d monitor, 23 inches,Ips. great for gaming. but it will cost you around 13k.
