If you can afford the 1650 Super, sure, go ahead with it, it's about as powerful as the RX 580, they trade blows in different games. It's a good card as well. How about GTX 1650 Super 4gb ? Is that better.
How about GTX 1650 Super 4gb ? Is that better. You can get an RX 580 if you can stretch to 15K, here's the link: https://mdcomputers.in/msi-rx-580-armor-8g-oc.html
Otherwise, an RX 570 would be your best bet, or you could try finding a used RX 580 too, those will easily be within your budget, just make sure they aren't damaged from mining or anything.

Used RX 580 on olx(you'll have to set the location filter to get more relevant results): https://www.olx.in/computer-accessories_c1515/q-rx-580
PS: Make sure you buy an 8 GB RX 580, 4 GB is not worth it. As for RX 570, 4 GB is fine, plus 8 GB is not common anyway.
PPS: you could also try primeabgb(.com) for more options, mdcomputers only has a single RX 570 available, though it has a nice keyboard free with it too, but still, primeabgb is also a reliable site, and you can go there for more options on both cards.

Ok may be I will wait out this month then. I was planning to buy it this month or first of January, would my waiting will pay off though. At the moment, in that low-mid range tier, 1650 Super is the best option. But you might as well wait for the RX 5xxx series as it might change the status quo. Although I have no idea when it's coming out. Some say soft launch this month, availability the next, others say hard release this month.
This is the one I want now, it will bottleneck my i3-2120 but i hope i get above 200 fps on CSGO and Dota 2, that's all what matters. CSGO is much more dependent on CPU than GPU, and that i3 2120 isn't a great CPU. What GPU do you have right now, and what is the GPU usage like in CSGO right now? Use MSI Afterburner's on-screen display to check the GPU usage when in game. This is the one I want now, it will bottleneck my i3-2120 but i hope i get above 200 fps on CSGO and Dota 2, that's all what matters. I had a gt 730 and it is damaged that's why I am getting a new one. I am no where in a budget to get CPU also but which CPU would you suggest for the gtx 1650 super?CSGO is much more dependent on CPU than GPU, and that i3 2120 isn't a great CPU. Depends on your budget, but any modern CPU would be much better than an i3 2120. If you only play CSGO and don't play or plan to play anything else in the future, a Ryzen 3 2200G or 3200G would be a pretty good upgrade, and you won't even need a graphics card to play CSGO because the integrated graphics can handle it good enough. If you want a balanced CPU for the 1650 Super, go for a Ryzen 5 6-core processor, whichever generation fits your budget(first gen Ryzen 5 1600 can be had for 10k or close, second gen is 12-13k, and latest 3rd gen is 15-17k I think). No current Intel processor is worth the money, so go for Ryzen only.I had a gt 730 and it is damaged that's why I am getting a new one.
