Suggest a Mid-ATX Case without door and quiet

Well, I'm having a hard time finding a case that suits my needs. I'm looking for something like the FD R4 or Corsair 550D without the door.

Important Factors:
1) Quiet
2) Cost ($85 - $120 USD)
3) Cooling

Not looking to do liquid cooling, just air. Probably two intake in the front, 1 in the back.

Any suggestions?
