Suggest a mobo+ cooler for i5 8600k

I'm currently looking for a mobo around $150, not more than $200 at most, as well as a cpu cooler(air) under $100 that works best for the new i5 8600k.

I currently own a CoolerMaster Elite 311
that has maximum cooler height 160mm http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/elite-311/

I am really interested in that cooler, would the rgb model be any different in terms of cooling? I'm talking about this one

Also unfortunately I can only buy on amazon right now, so could you perhaps suggest me another motherboard as this one is out of stock on amazon? You can raise the price it doesn't matter as long as it's in the range and a very good mobo for overclocking and having every sockets/ ports for future use.
