Suggest a motherboard for this rig(z97)

i7 4790k
hyper x fury 1866mhz - 8GB x2+16GB
GTX 960 2GB

I wont do much overclocking any soon , maybe later but not in near future.

now the motherboard, I want a mid-range durable product. Z-97 chipset.
options I have are
1.MSI Z97S SLI krait edition
2.Asrock z97 extreme 3
3.MSI Z97 gaming 3

suggest alternatives in same /close price range.
* should I spend more to get ASUS MAXIMUS VII RANGER ?
I know its better and has premium ROG features . but is it worth the extra money?!!

Of those, the Rock mobo, won't build on MSI due to poor QC, for PSU need a good 400 or better w/ at least 20 AMPs on the 12 volt rail
