Hello,

This is for my old home computer.
I have 2.8GHz intel dual core processor, 2Gb 533MHz RAM, Intel Desktop Board D102GGC2.

My motherboard D102GGC2 is not working now and I need to buy new one.
Suggest me a LGA775 Socket compatible good motherboard.

Thanks,
Dhaval

Your motherboard is based on an ATI chipset. You could buy a used D102GGC2 so that you won't have to reinstall drivers, etc.

New inexpensive socket LGA775 motherboards:

- ASRock G31M-S R2.0
- GIGABYTE GA-G41MT-S2P
- MSI G31TM-P21 (supports Pentium D 915 only, not the 820 or the 920)

Is your processor a Pentium D 820, 915 or 920?

Hi, Thanks for reply,
I have to check for my processor version.
My one more doubt is that .....
the mother board Intel DG41RQ supports only two RAM frequency( Memory Frequency:800, 667 MHz) and my RAM is of 533MHz frequency.
So, If I buy DG41RQ then I have to change my ram also or it will be compatible with DG41RQ?

Can you provide me inexpensive motherboard with..
MicroATX Factor
LGA775 socket
RAM - DDR2 with 533MHZ support.

Thanks for your quick reply.

Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
I have planned to buy motherboard with DDR3 support as 2GB DDR3 RAM will cost only 650Rs (13USD).

I have finalized two motherboards, It will be a great help if you suggest best one among two.

(1) Asus P5G41T-M-LX http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_775/P5G41TM_LX/#specifications
my question is that, "can you tell me whether it supports all Pentium D (2.8GHz version only)processor version D815, D915 and D920?"
I am not able to identify asus motherboard supported processor versions because on it's site it is given as E5500,E6300.

(2) Gigabyte G41M-T S2P http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3743#sp
I don't have any confusion as this gigabyte motheboard supports all Pentium D version of 2.8GHz clk.

So, please clear my doubt that given asus motherboard supports all three Pentium D processor number D815, D915, D920 or not???

Suggest best motherboard among two.

Thanks,
Dhaval
