I've been looking for a somewhat cheap (<150) mini ITX board

16GB Ram 3000 Mhz
i7-7700k
GTX 1070
wifi
bluetooth

Both boards are clocked at 2666 MHz DDR4. Will I get my 3000MHz Ram throttled down or will these boards overclock to 3000 MHz?
