Suggest a PC Configuration under 40k or $500

I need a Good gaming PC configuration under INR. 40,000 or USD 500. I do know that 40k= USD 600 but some parts like GPU and CPU are overpriced in India. I will be needing a monitor too and I'm not ready to spend even a penny over 40k. I'll be needing everything so please include parts like monitor, keyboard,mouse,speakers. Please reply quickly. I prefer flipkart and amazon.in. Please dont pick parts from Amazon.com and PCPartpicker as there is a huge price difference.

You should save up a little more for the monitor, the rig i have suggested has a i3 skylake and a gtx 960, which nicely destroys a 35k console.

Also,i'd spend on a good gaming PC ,which can play games at low-med settings smoothly at 1080p, than console anyday, games of PS4 , XBONE cost way more, while you can grab some good triple A games for cheap on steam.

So,i'd advice you to save up a just a little for a decent gaming PC +monitor and peripherals.

Now you can bargain at local shops, get promo codes etc and get the price down to 40k
You can also go for a smaller monitor but I wouldn't recomend that.Also there are lots of sales upcoming, so look out for those.I know this is higher than your budget but it's worth it.
