You can afford a Ryzen and GTX 1060, so don't cheap on the most vital component - the power supply.

The Corsair CX450 will suit your system well. More than enough wattage, with stable electrical performance in modern systems like yours.
They're priced ~3400 to 3600 rupee in India. That's the cheapest I can recommend for your computer while still retaining quality.

What color is the branding on this Corsair VS? The one with the gray-and-black label is mediocre and it's a poor decision to pair it with a GTX 1060, but it's probably adequate even though I wouldn't bank on it being around in a decade. If, on the other hand, any of the lettering is orange or green, then it's a no-go.

Why CX450 for 3500, MWE 550 also comes with same price with higher watts.
What's the difference between CX and VS 450

CX 450 uses a better platform and had better build quality than the VS450 and the CX430 can be just as bad as the VS450. Platform and build quality are very important when choosing a PSU
