Which is psu is better

Gigabyte GP-B700H 700W ATX12V SLI CrossFire 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Or

Cooler Master MWE 550W,80+ White 230V A/UK Cable Power Supply.

Please suggest a good psu from this. Budget is a problem so cooler master is ok to run this mob?

The Cooler Master MWE 550W White is a Very Poor quality PSU.
I would strongly recommend that you look for something that is within your budget from Tier B on this list:
