Question Suggest Best soundbar under 15-20k in India.

I am looking for soundbar within 15-20k, I'll connect it with my newly bought tcl 55v500 tv as well with pc.
Previously I've used logitech z5500 so I am looking for that kind of punchy bass.
I've had a look at jbl bar21 and I liked it but I think it's quiet on costlier side. As well I am getting LG sj3 @ 12k but couldn't get a demo.
If in same budget I am getting 5.1 HT then kindly suggest.

I spent a bit of time listening to some lower and mid range soundbars, the VIZIO SmartCast 36 SB3651-E6 was very clean sounding. Not huge bass but sound was very good. I got a 38" version of that (used for $80 vs new for $250) and it is really good. Wireless sub but rear speakers are wired to the sub. I don't notice any issues having the sub unit behind me, sounds pretty good.
