Suggest Good SSD

Can anyone suggest me good SSD in 500 GB of range?

Am planning to build new system so can you please suggest me all of components.

PC use for mid range games like CSGO and CS 1.6


i5 6600
ASus Pro gaming MOBO z170 maybe
CM 750 PSU

8 GB RAM ( if you can suggest good one )

I already have GPU and CM Elite 311 case , HDD too.

Can you guys suggest me good SSD with fast startup and shutdown with good write speed ?

In my opinion if you want something good go for Samsung SSD. They are a bit expensive but worth for the money.

And will my pc boot fast if i install windows 7 ultimate ? M not fan of win 10. and if not then its ok.

They both are 120 gb but price difference making me confuse which to select.
