my specs are:- Amd fx 8320,10 gb ram,psu corsair cx600,Asus MAE97 R2.0,3 tb hdd. i was also planning to buy 970 is there any better gpu then this.. And huw faster is it then R9 270x

The AMD r9 390 is around the same price as the gtx 970 but with 8gb of VRAM and wider memory bus. It's not as efficient as the 970, but it preforms very well at high resolutions as well as mid to low ones.
