suggest me a 144hz monitor. my gpu is r9 290

if it has free sync it would be better
or if u guys think i dont need to put 300 dollars suggest good ones with 144 hz less than 300 dollars

I purchased myself a Asus 3D monitor last year, I did quite a bit of research on it. It is a pretty good Screen for you to benchmark around.

The Asus VG248QE doesn't have G-Sync. It's a good basic 144Hz monitor; I would also suggest the AOC G2460PQU.

For Freesync, you'd have to pay more. At 24 inches you're looking at AOC G2460PF or Nixeus Vue 24.

That Asus monitor is a good monitor to compare others with. You can use it to compare the quality of Free sync monitors to the quality of this Asus one to get an idea of the quality you want.

R9 290 is only compatible with FreeSync, not with GSync.
USD300 is not enough for an 144Hz FreeSync/GSync monitor.
The best you can get around USD300 is ASUS VG248QE.
