suggest me a decent laptop

hello,
I am an Engineering student pursuing a degree in Comp sc.
anyways its my first year, can anybody please suggest me a decent laptop for little gaming ( at least 20+ fps in modern titles in low settings) and basic C++ programming, i live in India by the way and my budget is up to Rs.45000.
