Unless you will do some serious video edditing i7 6700K is so not worth the money. i5 6600k will provide you with everything, stream + gaming, light video editing and everything else. SSD will improve your overall pc speed as you know.

There are plenty of videos on youtube where you can see fps differences between the two graphic cards.

GTX 970 will allow you to play all games on max settings with good fps. It's the best "bang for the buck" graphic card for 1080p screens.

GTX 960 will perform somewhat worse but will still allow you to play games on max to minimum video settings with good fps depending on what game that is.
