Hmm. Your elderly CPU will be a bottleneck. I would say a GT 630/730 so at least you are not running on Integrated graphics.

That $20 PSU won't provide enough power. Get something atleast $60. Your cpu is kind of old. Do you already own this rig?

It's not about comaptibility. it's about performance. You can uy the gtx version but your processor will not let the card reach it's full potential.
