Hi, I recently built my secondary computer configuration but still haven't bought a GPU. Your suggestion would be highly appreciated.

Mobo: Asus P8h61-MX R2.0 (LGA1155)
PSU: Cooler Master MWE 550 Bronze
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770
RAM: 8GB 1333MHz DDR3 (Planning to upgrade)
HDD/SSD: 1TB/256GB
GPU: Current HD Radeon 6570
Monitor: Full HD (1920x1080) 75hz (Planning to upgrade)

I will use this configuration to process video images, recordings, and other multimedia.
Of course, this does not exclude playing video games (RDR2, GTA V, CSGO...).

Thank you! :giggle:

3770 is still fine

no need to upgrade the ram it will clock to 1600 no problem, the increase beyond that wont be worth the price until you cross over to 2133 ddr3... it can be found cheap but get your ram to 1600 and it'll be fine

really any gpu will be a massive upgrade

let the 470/480/570/580 go, they are old and have been mined to death.

GTX 1060/1070/rx6600

Even an older 7870 would be night and day for you.

Your performance will stop being improved after a 1070ti.

You need to find an old gtx 980/970 the price will be low and a gtx 980 still games fine at 1080p.

On this forum you will hear upgrade your system, you wont need to in order to be satisfied. Any gpu upgrade for you is gonna be night and day.

Serbia, up to 150$, I did not measure the dimensions of the case.
I'm planning to keep it for now. The processor is not that bad. It is the strongest for this socket.

EDIT: As I already said, this is my second configuration used only for multimedia process and playing some video games.

CPU: Intel Core i7-3770

The processor is not that bad
that just depends on what type of performance you would like to get in general and in games.
i would say it is "bad" compared to what's currently on the market but if you're happy with what you're getting, that's all that matters.

i don't know what type of prices you see around there for used cards but i'd be shopping for a mid-tiered GTX 9 series(950-970) or a lower end GTX 10 series(1030-1050).

if you plan on upgrading to a decent CPU anytime in the next couple years i'd be looking more at mid-tier RTX 20 or 30 series.

just make sure any card you do choose actually fits in your case and that you have proper power cables if necessary.
