Suggest me a memory upgrade !!

Hello everyone i have a laptop Samsung NP550 P5C S03-IN with 8 Gigs of RAM (2*4GBs)that are samsung branded running on 1600 MHz CAS 11 and voltage 1.5.
I am planning for an upgrade and i have two options :
1. Buy a GSkill stick -

running on 2133MHz with 1.35 voltage, i don't know about CAS of it

or
2. Pair my existing 4 GB module with this stick -

as my existing RAM and this ram has same timings voltage and clock speed also.

Option 1 would get me a strong 8 GB stick running on better clock speed (2133MHz)which i can upgrade in near future into 16 GB and Option 2 would get me in total 12 Gigs of RAM working on 1600MHz.
So what do you suggest amount of memory is good or a better clock speed?
Just to mention i am planning this upgrade for gaming as well as video editing.

Best to get a set of the full amount of DRAM you want/need. Mixing DRAM (even the same exact model) can be and often ios problematic, there are no guarantees when mixing packages of DRAM

There's only 1 set available and that is going out of my budget at present i can afford one off these two, so after narrowing the premises what would you suggest?
