Question Suggest me a perfect monitor

Need suggestion for a Monitor with the best performance.

IPS panel preferred
24" preferred
Response time : not more than 5 , less preferred
Frequency : 60 or more

It will be used for PC ( regular use & movie ) and PS4 ( for FIFA game ) alternatively by switching.

Currently, I have found 3 models which are similar in config and price, Can you please suggest which one should I prefer and choose ?

Well, the LG 24MP59G is a 75hz FreeSync monitor, so it has that going for it.

Though, there is also this freesync panel, 1ms response time will make it good for gaming:

But IPS at this price point, you are picking the more expensive panel over features.
