Suggest me for graphic card

Hi
I have windows 7 32 bit install in my pc
with Intel core 2 duo processor E7500 @ 2.94GHz
4 GB DDR3 ram
Intel GMA X4500 Graphics
and PSU=500W
I have a pre build PC Compaq Presario CQ3250IX

My budget is around 200 dollar
Please suggest me the best graphic card that my pc can handle.

Well for your budget I would suggest the GTX 1050Ti. However, that may be bottle necked by the other parts in your computer. You might want to upgrade your RAM to 8GB along with a GPU upgrade.
