Suggest motherboard and cpu cooler.

My friend has a fx-8320 and he wants to oc it to about 4.5GHz~5GHz. His case has good airflow and he just needs to buy a mobo and cpu cooler. He prefers Msi mobos, I found this mobo: MSi 990XA-GD55/990FXA-GD65 and this cooler: Thermatake Frio OCK. He doesn't want water cooler. So is the mobo and cooler good enough for his rig?

Frio ock wud giv high temp when cpu>4.5 so go with SB-E
