I dont plan on overclocking in the next year/2. Id like you to suggest a motherboard in the range of Rs 10k(163$)

I would recommend a Gigabyte z97 gaming board I have the Gaming 3 which was $135-ish with taxes added and free shipping from amazon and I have a i7 4790K on it. You can OC with it or not, I am not currently OC yet but its a great board and as an added bonus it has a cool red led pattern around the board. It pretty much depends what you need it for. I bought it because of price and compatibility with Mac OS. So I am currently running MacOS 10.9.4 and Windows 7 Professional with no GPU yet. List what you need the board for an then go from there. You already set a budget so you should check out similar z97 boards from different manufacturers and go from there. Newegg is great for checking specs on each board.

I Have zeroed in on the Msi z97 guard pro.
I don't plan of oc yet. Need a decent mobo that is compatible with the i7 4790k. (Cause I plan on oc in future)
It must also have slot for the vengeance ddr3 8 GB ram and the amd raedon r9 270x

I believe msi z97 guard pro will be the one you need
but if this pc is build for gaming
I will suggest the msi z97 gaming 3
