suggest the better graphics card

Suggest me the better one for gaming, ATI R7 250 1GB DDR5 or NVIDIA GTX 650 1GB DDR5 graphics card?

The cards are very similar but the r7 250 is newer and therefore might have more games optimized for it. These two cards won't perform decently on 1080p though, so expect low-med setting with 30ish fps tops
