Suggest which build shall I go with

After lots of research, and studying many blogs n forums, I finally came up with two different builds. Now I need your comments n suggestions in choosing one of of these two. Also though I have almost finalised the parts, I m still open for any suggestions n replacements (if it is really worth).

One request: If you suggest any alternative, please give the site link which will deliver the product in India(Kolkata). Also clearly mention why you prefer that over the one I have chose.

What I forgot to mention is the machine is mainly for gaming. And I want it to be future-proof, at least for next 3 years. Apart from gaming, I plan to record some game-play video, learn photoshop CS-6 and do some matlab, R programming.

Put the 280X in the AMD build and buy that.

Acc to different benchmark sites, Gtx 770 is a better gpu than R9 280x. Can you please support your suggestion with some info or review of both the product?

The amount extra to get a gtx770 does not justify the modest performance increase. You would rather save your money and go with the 280X
