Solution
I didn't mean to mark that as no solution! I'm very sorry! I appreciate your suggestion! It's so hard for me to choose! I just want to make sure I get a good PC! About the 1600X, I've read that the i5 1600k is better?!

Was talking about another guy's post, he deleted it! 🙁
Wasn't directed at you.
The i5 7600k is better, but even better than that is an i7 7700 B250 setup which will cost the same.
However, at this price point Ryzen is the best value in getting you the best performance, and games are becoming more CPU intensive, so it will help there.

Black case and white mobo. CPU can't overclock but this build is designed for fast gaming. It has a Freesync monitor (for AMD GPUs) and 144Hz so CS : GO will look amazing.

The i5 7600 isn't a good buy imo, not great value or that big of an improvement over the 7500 to warrant the cost, although it is a bit cheaper than normal. :)
Ryzen CPUs are generally better than i5s at the moment due to their higher thread count and multi-threaded nature of games nowadays, see BF1, Arma 3, ROTR etc.

The i5-7600 hits 4.1GHz, compared to the i5-7500 which hits 3.8GHz. I think it is best to break that 4.0GHz barrier. And the i5 will be just as good as 1500x in games.

Based on games OP plays, I feel he doesn't need more than a 1060 or 580. I think 580 is a better route for 1080p gaming, cuz FreeSync monitors are affordable and can make budget on this build. With Freesync he can have buttery smooth gaming.

Sorry, I don't understand your meaning. I listed a monitor with 144Hz and Freesync. The benefits of Freesync and Gsync are real. Personally, I'll never buy a monitor without one of those.

Get the OS @
https://www.kinguin.net/category/22175/windows-10-home-oem-key/
Make sure to get the insurance for like $1 or $2 and boom OS for like $28. :)

And if you want to save money, with the games youre mainly playing you can grab this GPU
RX 580 Red Devil Golden Sample Powercolor

But the games listed don't need a higher end GPU. A rx580 will smash all those games and push the monitor above 100fps. I think it is better to save money and invest it in a SSD, but thats me.
