Suggestion for a budget card for gaming at medium specs

Ok, I have an asrock mobo (z77 pro3) , i5 3570k , (case is bitfenix merc alpha)
I need a card within 130-140$ (cannot expand the budget at all).!!

And , it need to play games- not at ultra setting but at high or medium specs.
I have seen some amd card and they are quite confusing .

I mean the 4850 seems to be better than 6770 is performance.
Ok, can you please suggest some. (Not a HTPC - just for games and other purposes, the onboard 4000 is sweet at video related stuff -really shows on my 1080p display).

Best card you can get for that price range is the AMD 7770... maybe a gtx 650 Ti if you can find a good deal on it.

That was the cheapest 650 Ti i found.

or gtx 560 ti runs games like BF3 or NFS the run Maxed out no problem ~40fps

GTX 650 Ti is better than the AMD 7770, but it also costs $20-$40 more.

Ok, if that is true I can get the 560 ti easily here. But hey, I am reaching for anything I could and want the best card within the range - so a conclusion here please.

Strange 560 ti costs more than 650 ti(and yeah, would the difference be worth the 20# @derza).

The 560 Ti is about 10% faster than the 650 Ti but it costs 15%-25% more. So that is totally up to you and what you can afford.
