[SOLVED] Suggestion for a cheap PSU?

Greetings,currently i need a new psu for my system.I need a psu that will be able to amply provide enough power for the system and also be able to handle new part upgrades.My pc currently is powered by a coolermaster b500 ver2 80+psu.It does the job but i want to be able to overclock my gpu a bit and also upgrade to a ryzen 5,ddr4 mobo and ram in the far future.

My budget is about 40-65 euros max.I was wondering about the thermaltake 700w RGB SMart,or the corsair cx 550 the 2018 series.Which one should i get ? and which one would you suggest outside of my options?I need a psu that will be able to provide my pc enough power even if i have to overclock without having me be scared of it dying quickly or damaging my parts.

does the cx 2018 will be able to securely power my pc for at least 3-4 years without explosions or damaging my parts? does it have ocp and such protections?
