Question Suggestion for a Mid-tier Gaming PC for Q3 2019.

Hello Everyone,

I'm planning to build a mid-tier gaming PC and I would like to ask for suggestions and opinons on the build as well the brands.

PC: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
MOBO: MSI B450M Bazooka Plus
GPU: GTX 1660 Ti OC 6GB
RAM: GSkill Ripjaws V DDR4 2X8GB 2400Mhz CL15
SSD: WD Blue 250GB 3D NanD
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB 64mb
PSU: Seasonic M12II-520 EVO 520W 80Plus Bronze FullModular
Case: Deepcool Tesseract BF Midtower
Fan: Cool Master Hyper 212 LED

Notes:

• The build is not meant for future-proofing but meant to last for 5 years.
• I'll be buying the part once the Ryzen 3rd are available. I'm expecting that the price of the Ryzen 2nd Gen to go down.
• I might not opt for the Ryzen 5 3600 due to my motherboard might restrict it capabilities as well the cost of the CPU.
• I choose Ryzen 5 2600 over Ryzen 5 2600X because it is much cheaper buy a 2600 with a CM Hyper 212 than a 2600X with the stock fan.
• I'm expecting a big improvement boost to my previous build it was a AMD FX-8320 with a GTX 1050Ti build.
• The total build cost is 46,000.00 PHP or 880 USD (via Dynaquest) which is in line with my budget.

Question:

1. Should I go cheap with the PSU by choosing the Seasonic ECO Plus series than the Seasonic M12II series?
2. Should I change my chasis? Is so do you have any suggestion?
3. Would you suggest to overclock my PC? I haven't tried overclocking yet. If not, should I use buy a CPU Fan instead of using the stock fan of Ryzen 5 2600?
4. Would you recommend Palit over Gigabyte for the GPU? Palit is much cheaper but longevity might be an issue.

Some of the review shows that i5-9400F is a good alternative to Ryzen 5 2600 due to the mostly games works well with most Intel Processors.
I switch the brand of my GTX 1660 Ti from Gigabyte to Galax.
I changed the series of my PSU from M2II to Eco Plus to save some cash.
I've increased the RAM speed and changed brand from 2400 to 2666 and from Gskill to Crucial as the Max RAM speed support of teh motherboard is 2666Mhz.
I've increased the SSD from 240GB to 480 GB as this strore sell cheaper SSD.
With the money that I saved, I got a better Chasis and a Cooler Fan.

Like in the previous build I've changed the Chasis, SSD and PSU. I've removed the Fan and opt to use the stock fan included because 3rd party cooler fan is for overclocking which I don't do. But I got the Ryzen 5 2600 X instead of the 2600

In the end, I'll still wait for the Ryzen 3rd Gen to arrive in the Philippines (July 7, 2019 in the US so I'll expect it to arrive in 2-3 weeks here) I'm expecting a price drop for the Ryzen 2nd gen as well as the Intel 9th Gen but I'll consider the Ryzen 3rd gen if teh price is right.

My budget is 45,000 PHP. I'm still open to suggestions

According to people CPU performance with new versus old MOBO are identical and don't overclock if you don't know what you're doing and want it to last at least 5 yrs

Unless this build must occur within 3 weeks, I'd heartily recommend waiting until Ryzen 3600X/3700X deliver, as each is supposed to be a VERY nice leap over existing 2600/2600X performance...

Also, you want at least 3200 MHz RAM kit...

And, rather than a smallish OS drive and a WD Blue, you might be happier with one large 1 TB NVME M.2 drive, and an INtel 660P at 1 TB in size is only $112 or so...

I might look it to it but the price is a big factor if I will get it or not. According to the leaks, it is 20% faster than the 2600 (compared to 3600)

Also, you want at least 3200 MHz RAM kit...

Would a higher Mhz give a significant boost in performance? I'm still not knowlegable on Mhz in RAMs. The my PC is mainly for gaming but I might use it for editing photos and videos (not frequent)

And, rather than a smallish OS drive and a WD Blue, you might be happier with one large 1 TB NVME M.2 drive, and an INtel 660P at 1 TB in size is only $112 or so...

Unfortunately the Intel 660p is not available in my country but I would stick to the 250 GB SSD and a 1TB HDD because it is cheaper (90 USD) than getting a 1TB SSD (120 USD is the cheapest which is the Team L5 Lite 1TB SATA)
