Suggestion for CPU+Mobo switch

Hi, I'm going to change my cpu(amd 955be) to an intel one, so I have to change my motherboard too. I use my pc for both rendering and gaming(with fraps running). I actually have a 580gtx directcu II and 2x4gb corsair vengeance 1666mhz. Can you give me an advice for good Mobo+intel CPU combination I can get for about 400/450 €/$ (actually the exchange rate for electronic stuff is almost 1/1 €/$)
