Suggestion for Great Mothereboard for continuous prolonged run.

I'm considering building a new rig. In the past I made a few bad chices regarding Mobos so this time wanna get a good idea before the go.

Here's my requirment criterias:
1) Modarate OC capability ( nothing record braking) & featurs e.g. on-board switches ( not madatory)

2) Good gaming performence ( I mean the board should not brake under stess and have good heat desipasion) & featurs ( like a dedicated killer lan, and dedicated HD Front audio would be good)

3) Lastly but MOST IMPORTANTLY rock solid build with solid component that are made to take long run & abuse ( I really mean long like a month of continuous running). I'll be happy as long as the board last through its warrenty period which usually is 3 years. I don't keep my boards for more than 3 years any way.

So, Please guys some definite answer on this.

What sort of budget? What chipset? What motherboard size and features?

CPU preference? Budget? I'd go Z97, depending on budget the Asus Z97-A, Pro or Hero

sorry for the late answer. been kindda busy & out lately.
Well, For budget; mine is $400 ( give or take 50)
and feartures == like the usual standerd PC Mobo features. The important part is that it must be a PC board. (not workstaion board or home sever board.) I don't need any gimmiky featurs.

But the important point is that it must be solid. I mean someyhing like a much better version of Gigabytes Balck series board. I just would like to run my home PC for prolonged continuous use like atleast 3 weaks in a single go and my board must be able to take that kind of abuse.

The ones I mentioned above would fit the needs, my Hero (actually both, I have the Z87 version run 24/7 and are in hevy use throughout the day and often into the night
