I want to build a linux PC. I'm gonna use it for learn more about linux, office works, and some graphic design works. I want to save money on this build so I'll go for used components. I've narrowed down my choices:

Processor + motherboard
1. A10 7800 + Gigabyte F2A68HM-? (Iforgot the model), IDR 1500K (USD 101)
2. Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition + Colorful C.A970X X5, IDR 1000K (USD 68)
3. Or just use my old Athlon II X2 250 + Jetway TA76MG

Other already available parts:
RAM : I have one stick of 4GB DDR3, I might buy another one.
PSU : Seasonic ECO Series 430W 80+ Bronze.
GPU : Since this build is not for gaming, I'll use my old Radeon HD5570.

Price to performance wise, which processor should I pick?

Solution
All of your choices would be good, since you do not have specific performance requirements. 4GB RAM is enough for experimenting with. Even your older (weaker) graphics card will handle simple graphics work fine.

Your biggest challenge will be adapting to the Linux way of working. I suggest using ONLY the Linux computer for several months, so you get used to it.
Choose a distro that is beginner friendly, Like Ubuntu, or KDE Neon, or Fedora or Linux Mint.

I'm gonna use Linux Mint. The graphic design works (after I learn to use linux's vector editing program properly) will be designing posters, banners up to several meters long, etc.
If I choose to buy only RAM, will my old Athlon II enough for the task?
