suggestion for my ram built please?

i plan to buy a new pc with:

c2d E6600
8800 gts 320mb
gigabyte 945p-s3 mobo
master cooler 500watt igreen

i am wondering which ram should i get.. mushkin 667 or 800, or cosair 667 / 800 ? i plan to have 2 gb total..

As far as 800 other than Mushkin/Corsair, these run well over 1000 for me. The reviews are great. Highly recommend.

PC5400 667 mhz = 5.4 MB per second transfer rate. PC6400 800 mhz. = 6.4 MB per second transfer rate. It depends on your needs. If you are going to be OCing to the limits of your system, then PC6400 has a better higher end. High quality PC5400 667 mhz. RAM will clock well above 700 mhz. on a top notch system, but will not run as fast as PC6400 at default 800 mhz. I'm speaking in generalizations. HTH
