Suggestion for New Build

I need a suggestion for GOOD PSU and Case for a new build.
This is a developer build and watching movies by connecting to Sony LCD HD TV through HDMI

Think ing of following Components

CPU - i5 2500K [NO OVERCLOCKING]
Mother Board - BioStar Tz68+ [ Need Suggesion - selected just because of price and Five Z68-Based Boards, Compared Artile in this site]

Hard Drive - Western Digital Caviar Black 750 GB [ Also thinking of an SSD not yet decided]

GPU - None [Buil in CPU]

Memory - Need suggestion

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM

or

Why do you want the K series if you're NOT OVERCLOCKING note caps lock note?

Just because the price is almost same as i5 2500?
