Suggestion for new monitor

Please, I need your help. I want to buy a monitor, but I do not know what to buy. I will using for photoshop, moderate gaming, surf, movies... I saw a couple on the Internet, what do you think about:

Philips 243V7QJABF/00
LENOVO L24i-10
LG 22MK600M-B

If you have another suggestion please tell me. 22 or 24 inch, slim bezel, anti glare, freesync or flicker free, around 150 euros. Thanks in advance.

Both monitors are out of my budget in my country. I'm also looking for a monitor with slim bezel.
