Suggestion of all of you guys.

guys i need some advice for what to buy..
coz im planning to build a new gaming rig, but in
the cheapest but the highest quality and performance, i mean, a really good hardware but not as luxury.
i want to play new and upcoming games really comftable, so guys i want you all to suggest what im going to buy
start from motherboard,cpu,video cards,ram and others.. as long as the price is not that high..
i think i only have $1700 budget for this. or less..

You need to be way more specific about what you want as far as performance, what parts you need/have, and want to spend. That's what the form is for. $1700 is a pretty large budget for a gaming system.

At $1,700, I think a better cooler should be expected. I know the Hyper 212 is a great cooler on a lower budget but something like the D14 cools better and more silent too. It's size and color scheme are somewhat a turn off for a lot of people though.

all parts of a system unit..
i want a higher fps in any game, ultra quality settings and high speed performance.
like that.
1700 is too big, i think i can save more if you suggest parts by parts of it. because i spend alot last chirstmas and new year.

Just throwing out there, I'd get a 830 or 840 pro. The 840 non-pro uses unreliable NAND.
