Solution
XFX TS 550W is,in my opinion, the best solution you have.
Also, the Sapphire R9 290 Vapor-X is also the best solution.Sapphire is the best brand for AMD cards.
You can't really have too much PSU, the one you picked will be fine. You would probably do just as well with a 550 or 600 watt supply too, but there is nothing detrimental to picking a supply that has more capacity other than some minor changes in how efficient it is but even that is only a couple of percent difference which realistically isn't worth considering in the grand scheme of things.

If you wanted to try to shave a few dollars off the top you might consider:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151096 (Only 5 bucks, but a nice supply)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371031 (on sale pretty cheap)

Either that or the one you have, like I said it will do just fine.
