Suggestion to upgrade from GTX 560 OC to R9 380

Hi I have GTX 560 OC from Gigabyte I was wondering if I need to upgrade to R9 380 or it's too much.
I usually Play on 40" TV screen like GTA V BF hardline and The Crew.

CPU : I5 3570K @ 3.8
RAM ; 8 GB
MOTHERBOARD : Z77-d3h
PSU : Gigabyte 720 W
Storage : Seagate SSHD 1 TB + WD HDD 500 GB
If the answer is YES is 2 GB OR 4 GB should I buy?

Grand theft auto loves to eat ram . All other components seem to be fine . Now for amazing fps and high textures and population and distance and everything , the 4gb version will definelty come in handy . Now if your a basic normal settings user , then 2gb is fine . Any graphics card for today should have at least 2gb . I recommend picking up a r9 290 from New egg for $200 . It has ddr5 4gb at a 512bit . I'm almost positive on that . I have the cards and it's amazing

the R9 290 is a bit over my budget I'm talk here in Turkey it's a bit expensive
