Question Suggestions for $1000 PC build for gaming and cantain creater (include monitor)

I play game also start learning Adobe software so I need good 24inch monitor (144hz,freesyc or gsyc)

I have these parts in my mind for now

Processors : r5 3600
Graphic card :RX 5700XT (similar price range of RTX 2060 super )

Id suggest a ryzen 7 3700x and 5700 non xt non blower. The 5700 overclocked can beat the xt.

What about monitor 144hz one not 60hz
I thought if I buy good graphic card then monitor should minimum 144hz freesyc or gsyc

If you want responsiveness you can get 144HZ over 60hz. Its not required however.

Rx 5700xt already release in my country
India Rx 5700xt price is same has RTX 2060 super so if I want to buy new card I should go for Rx 5700xt or 5700
