Can someone suggest me the best gaming $400- $450?

I've made a PII 720 build on new egg, but now the combo deals are gone.

I appreciate any type of build( AMD or Intel). Thank you.

What type of games do you plan on playing? Do you want to overclock? Does your case need to look awesome? Do you need a big hard drive? Does this include monitor, os, keyboard, mouse, etc? Anything special you'll want? Answer these questions and then I'll try and make you a system.

I want to play games like GTA4 and COD4 on decent settings.

If I can I want to overclock, but I've never tryed.

The case doesn't not have to look awsome, just good airflow.

I dont need a big HDD, monitor, os, keyboard, mouse, or etc.

I dont want a graphic card lower then a 4670.

Since your on a tight budget, I'll get you good stuff for overclocking.
