RAM : Kingston HyperX Fury Red 16GB Desktop Memory Module Kit - 2x 8GB, 1866MHz DDR3, CL10, DIMM - HX318C10FRK2/16

Video Card : Asus GeForce® GTX 750 TI Graphics Card - OC Edition, 2 GB GDDR5, PCI Express 3.0 x16, 2 x DVI, D-Sub, HDMI - GTX750TI-OC-2GD5

Internal Hard Drive : WD Green 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive, Cool and Quiet with Optimal Energy Efficiency - 3.5" - Sata 6 Gb/s, Intellipower, 64MB Cache, 2 Year Warranty - WD10EZRX

Looking for a motherboard and power supply suggestion or any modifications that I should make.

Solution
Okay so swapping in 8GB RAM instead of 16GB would allow u to use the spare cash to upgrade ur GPU. The GTX 750 ti isn't a very good for your case.

And also, do you intend on overclocking ur CPU ? If not, you could get a slightly lower end CPU such as the i5-4460, and put more money into ur GPU. For gaming, the GPU is usually the most important

you asked for a motherboard and psu. go back to my post and look at those links... if you want to change your video card YOU CAN! I have suggested a psu that can handle a 960 or 970 even a 980 if you choose....and you may want to add an SSD like a 250gb to your build

Looking at the options , will come back too you guys shortly

Edit 1 : Power Supply chosen : EVGA 220-GS-0550-V1 80 PLUS GOLD 550 W

Thank you corndog1836 ! 😀

I'm canadian so tigerdirect.ca is my online store right now. That affects the prices slightly.

Changes I made :

RAM : Kingston 8GB(2x4GB) HyperX Beast Memory Module - 2x4GB, 2400MHz DDR3, CL13, 240-Pin, DIMM - HX324C11T3K2/8

CPU : Intel Core i5-4460 Processor - Quad Core, 6MB Smart Cache, 3.4GHz, LGA-1150 Socket - BX80646I54460

GPU : MSI GeForce GTX 960 2GD5T OC Video Graphics Card - 2GB GDDR5, PCIe 3.0, HDMI, Dual-Link DVI-I, 3 x DisplayPort, 128-Bit, DirectX 12, OpenGL 4.4

Also, the ASUS H97 fits into my budget. My current choice.
