Suggestions for a new $3000 gaming rig

I've just come into a good deal of money and i would like to build a new gaming rig for around $3000.
i'm looking for a full tower setup and all the internal goodies my budget can buy.
i already have all my peripherals mouse,keyboard,monitor,joystick,monitors etc.

so what say you, will you help?
