[SOLVED] Suggestions for a new build

I'm looking to upgrade my current system:
Z87-HD3
i5 4670
Hyper 212 EVO cooler
16GB Kingston DDR3 (2X8GB)
GTX 1060 (6GB)
850W PSU
Win 10

I was thinking of a i5-10600KF but read that if I'm not going to overclock I should get something else. Would like to get a CPU/ MB combo that would allow me to use the GTX 1060 and possibly the 212 EVO for a cooler.

I would like to get it under $500. I have a friend that offered to give me two DDR4 sticks but I would probably get my own.

I guess I should add that I do some gaming. Right now I'm playing Warzone and that i5-4670 is just barely keeping up.
