I want to go with a dark blue look if possible.
I would like the UV lighting to have variable intensity. Meaning I can dim it low or high as needed.
My shopping list has Blue UV reactive tubing, Blue cold cathode UV lights, and some Blue UV reactive coolant.

Is that to much blue?

Also is there any possibility of setting it up so I can alter the UV colors? Common sense says not without changing everything out but I asked anyway.

The problem with Lighting in a PC is that often what looks great 1st day starts to wear on the eyes after a couple or weeks. One way to avoid that is to use a neutral colored coolant and use RGB LED Lighting. UV colors all have that V (violet) colored tint. My 2nd oldest has UV Blue and my youngest has UV Red, both now have the lighting turned off. The 2nd oldest built a new box and it uses RGB LED Lighting (Phanteks Enthoo Luxe)

Look at Mayhems coolants....Aurora 2 still requires some care, but looks awesome; the pastels can be modified with dyes (incl. UV)

That is so true sir. I have a pantom 820 case with LED lighting in it and I really don't use it that much. But it does look cool when I use it, but not as cool as it will when I have my cooling loop all completed. If I could add the extra effect of glowing tubes that I can turn off and on that would be perfect. I want that hi tech sci fi look. Once I get this all done I plan on getting the special order full window side to show it all off when entertaining guests. I like the coolants you suggested above but how well does it look when it is dark?

This is an "unfinished pic" ... before sleeving cables and adding 2nd set of fans ... iphone pic. Also added dye a bit later to make it exactly match RoG / Mushkin red. That is Mayhems Red Pastel

1. The color in the UV tubing will significantly dampen the color of the coolant. You might want to try Mayhems clear or white pastel coolant with UV colored dyes. From an aesthetics standpoint, it's hard to match the Aurora 2 with just white lighting.

2. I'm not a fan of UV tho.... tubes "glow in the dark" but that means using puter in dark and it hides any good looking components as well as fittings. It also looks much better in pics than it does up close and personal. Next build is the new MSI Z170 Titanium and last thing I wanna do there is hide that gorgeous Motherboard by directing the eye to the blingy stuff.

Take a look at the modders section and competitions forum sections on overclock.net .... rarely do these builds contain UV anymore.

You can always turn off the UV lights.... at least that is what I am planning for. I still have other LED lights in the PC to light it up. I think if I go that route the hard part will be placing the LED lights in the best spots to get the best look.
I have an Asus Rampage IV black ed MB and it is a very nice looking board. I can still show off my build by turning off the UV lights and turning on the regular LED lights.

So if I wanted to still go UV but didn't want it to be to bright, should I go with the UV coolant or the UV tubing? Hopefully whatever UV set I get can be dimmed......

I am familiar with the RIVB, almost used it but switched to the M6F as I was only using 2 GFX cards and RIVB had nothing to offer w/o going to 3.

In the RIVB build, I had penciled in the EK full cover MoBo water block.

As for tube or coolant .... coolant is easier to change. If you are using rigid tubing, I don't think there is any UV tube.

I'm not "that" picky though it does look pretty neat. Unfortunately I am new to this. I have a SwiftTech H240-X and I will be adding to that loop. So I want to keep it simple with the flexible tubing for now....
