You might need to buy a windows license, what are you going to use it for? normal house usage, gaming? I think it is a good modest gaming pc, and good for youtube/facebook/movies usage.

yeah when i get some extra money i will buy the OS but for now im just getting the hardware. also, yes its going to be mostly a gaming pc- trying to go cheap as possible but with still good parts
