Suggestions for building my first computer

My wife and I are looking to build our first computer. It's going to be used for office work but I would like to play a few games on it, mostly Final Fantasy 14 A Realm Reborn. I would like to be able to run it smoothly to do big man raids with my friends. Could this realistically be done with a budget of $500 to $700?

$689 usd will get you a medium level gaming machine. for just a bit more cash ($722) you could throw in a 280x and get slighlty better performance but that was over your budget.

the case i listed would need you to add two more 120mm fans as well. either that or you can pick a similar price case which already has 3 fans.
