Suggestions for graphics card

Hi everyone
I want to buy a decent graphics card under INR 30000 and a decent power supply under INR 15000 for my rig, can anyone suggest me which one would be better as i am not that much of an expert on the matter

My specs are

Intel core i5 4440
Motherboard gigabyte ga b85m d3h
Ram crosair DDR3 8 gb
The cabinet i am using is iball axton which is not very popular choice so please provide suggestions of cards and power supply that are compatible with this case

Your only Option is GTX 1060 6GB as 1070 will exceed your Budget and for the PSU i think you are investing too much in PSU you can get
650W PSU under 10K

EDIT you can go check the local Computer shops and ask for the PRICE if 1070 i think you can get that too

But would asus gtx 1050ti phonix be a better choice or a gtx 1060
And is a corsair cs650m be good enough?
Also would these fit into my cabinet

you know what if i were you i have like 45K in hand
ill go for 1060@ 6GB better gaming then 1050ti and get a power supply of 650W for like under 10K or less you dont need that much more Powerfull PSU trust me
and get a New branded Chasis with some PWM fans on it to get the better airflow to cool the parts
