Suggestions For my new build

I got the parts I want (Haven't bought them yet) and I just want to see if you guys got any suggestions. I'm using it for (mostly) gaming, web browsing. Im on a tight budget, so if you could suggest something around the price of the component, that'll be great.

Also I'm planning to OC my CPU to 4.3 - 4.5 Ghz and maybe also my GPU (I'm new to OC) and maybe Crossfire in another 3-4 years

My build is:

GPU: Sapphire AMD RADEON HD7950 Vapor-X 3GB GDDR5

MoBo: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 Intel Z77

PSU: Corsair HX-650 V2 ATX Modular 650W

Case: NZXT Phantom 410 Crafted MID TOWER CHASSIS

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB(2x4G) DDR3 1600MHz

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB SATA3 64MB

SSD: OCZ Vertex4 2.5' 128GB

Optical Drive: LG 24X SATA INTERNAL SATA DVD WRITER

OS: Windows 7 H.P

for i5 you need 1.5V ram
but i see no ways how you would decrease the price.

Ok, I changed the Ram to Corsair Vengeance 8GB(2x4G) DDR3 1600MHz

So is everything ok now?
