[SOLVED] Suggestions for new graphics card pls.

I'm looking for a new graphics card. My old one is a Gigabyte 970 OC edition which were actually faulty with a manufacturing defect but downclocking a notch fixed it. Yet now starting to feel its a bit dated.

Trying to find something under $300-350 (means $400-450 where I am which is the Philippines).

Current system:
CPU: i5-7400
MB: Asus Strix B250F Gaming
Memory: 16Gb DDR4 2400
Monitor: MSI Optix Mag271C (144hz 1080p 27")
PSU: 650 watt branded but forget which offhand. Can always replace if needed and space shouldn't be an issue for my case.

Trying to make sure a significant improvement to warrant a change but not looking to break the bank. Specific card is very unlikely to find so prefer a baseline off a specific GPU series. Generally can find Gigabyte, Zotac, and Sapphire available around here.

Lastly don't mind if my system bottlenecks the card a bit IF that's an issue as if/when upgrade the rest again be nice knowing the GPU still has room to grow.

At the 300 mark, a 1660ti or vega 56 would be good with a slight edge to the vega for freesync support.

1660ti or Vega 56 as ur cpu would bottleneck anything better and i dint even think it would be a good match for 1660ti or Vega
